Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

Resolvere will match or beat your current compensation package. We are seeking a highly

skilled Intake Attorney with 3โ€“8 or more years of experience to lead and manage our sales

and marketing efforts, serving as the primary driver of client consultations and the client

pipeline. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales, marketing, and the

intake process โ€“ from working with existing vendors, managing intake team members and

being responsible for inbound or outbound calls, including any attorney consultations for

qualified leads. This is a critical role that generates and converts prospective clients into

active matters and supports the firm's growth.

We are looking for someone who leads with marketing skills, legal acumen and business

instinct, who can take full ownership of sales and the client intake function, and who is

prepared to grow into a leadership and ownership role within the firm. If you are ready to be

challenged, build something meaningful, and grow with a firm that rewards results, we

want to hear from you.

ABOUT RESOLVERE LAW

As a team member at Resolvere, you are a part of our mission, as we cut through legal noise

to propel individuals and businesses from being 'stuck' to moving forward.

Resolvere is a results-driven civil litigation firm on a mission to grow from a boutique

practice to a preeminent litigation leader in Arizona by 2036. We represent individuals and

businesses who need someone to โ€˜answer the callโ€™ and take action. Because our clients

โ€˜expect real resultsโ€™ โ€” and every member of our team does too.

Our core values are not talking points. They are the standard we hold ourselves to every day:

inspirational, aligned, results-oriented, adaptive, accountable, and transparent.

We invest in our team's personal, professional, and financial growth โ€” because we know

that building something great starts with the right people. If you are ready to be challenged,

take ownership, and grow with a firm that means it, we want to hear from you.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Building on existing marketing programs and developing initiatives to drive growth.
  • Training and monitoring intake team members and tracking KPIs and firm metrics.
  • Converting qualified leads to active client matters to support the firmโ€™s goals.
  • Leaving prospective clients consistently informed and thoughtfully advised.
  • Supporting a positive culture and promoting yourself to a leadership role.
  • Surpassing bonus targets, leading, and advancing toward partnership.
  • Duplicating key functions of leadership and scaling firm capacity.

COMPETENCIES

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing strategies, and conducting legal consultations.
  • Manage and convert inbound and outbound leads through timely follow-up, targeted outreach, and effective attorney consultations that move prospective clients through the pipeline into active matters.
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of all phases of civil litigation โ€” including pre-litigation, discovery, motion practice, trial, and alternative dispute resolution โ€” to accurately evaluate case merit and qualify prospective clients.
  • Effectively communicate engagement terms, fee arrangements, and scope of representation to prospective clients, ensuring clarity and confidence prior to onboarding.
  • Mentoring, coaching and developing intake team members, while ensuring conflict checks are conducted consistently and accurately prior to onboarding prospective clients.
  • Track and report on leads, consultations, conversion rates, and firm metrics to measure performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead by example in promoting a positive culture, while driving process improvement and vendor relations, and supporting long-term firm growth.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the State Bar of Arizona.
  • Strong business mindset and sales focus.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Salary: $110,000-$250,000 based on experience
