Job description

Company:Rebecca Kay Sapp Law Firm, LLC

Location:Lilburn, GA (Gwinnett County)

Type:Full-Time

About Us:Rebecca Kay Sapp Law Firm is a dedicated personal injury law firm serving clients in Georgia. With over a decade of experience, we fight for victims of negligence, focusing on auto accidents and other injury cases. We pride ourselves on treating clients like family while delivering results.

We are seeking a licensed attorney to join our team as an Intake Attorney. This is a serious, high-pressure position that requires a balance of warmth, efficiency, and strategic client management. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in personal injury law, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Evaluation and Intake:Conduct initial phone consultations with potential clients to assess case viability, including gathering essential details about personal injury matters such as car accidents.

Client Conversion:Effectively "sell" our services by highlighting the firm's strengths, building rapport, and guiding clients to sign electronic contracts promptly during the call.

Note-Taking and Documentation:Take diligent, accurate, and efficient notes during consultations; set up new client files in our internal system quickly and thoroughly.

Client Management:Be welcoming and professional on the phone while maintaining efficiency. Politely disengage from calls for cases we do not handle or choose to pass on, redirecting focus to viable opportunities.

Process Control:Keep potential clients on track during conversations. If they begin asking extensive questions about laws or case specifics, encourage them to sign contracts first to proceed with detailed discussions-ensuring we provide value without offering free extensive legal advice.

Time Management:For standard, run-of-the-mill cases (e.g., typical car accidents), limit extended discussions (e.g., beyond30 minutes) while remaining friendly; for larger or more complex cases, invest additional time as needed. Maintain a friendly demeanor while being strategically persuasive to secure sign-ups.

Team Collaboration:Work closely with the firm to ensure smooth onboarding and contribute to overall intake efficiency.

Qualifications:

Licensure:Must be a licensed attorney in good standing in Georgia.

Experience:Prior experience working in a personal injury (PI) firm is required, specifically in assessing cases and handling intakes. Demonstrated ability to evaluate and close cases over the phone is essential.

Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be empathetic and welcoming while remaining efficient and goal-oriented. Strong organizational skills for note-taking and file setup. Comfort with electronic contract systems and CRM tools.

Personal Attributes:Ability to handle high-pressure situations, make quick decisions, and balance client service with business objectives. Must be professional, discreet, and committed to ethical practices.

This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on our clients' lives while contributing to a growing firm. If you accept this mission and are ready to dive in, apply today!
