This position is a fully remote (work from home) position.
Please note that MicahTek is seeking OKLAHOMA residents only
The Call Center Representative's primary job is to receive in-bound, client-scripted phone calls and capture name, address, phone number, and other order information; and to verify said information within the bounds of each phone call.
Requirements
MUST BE WILLING TO INTERVIEW AT THE MICAHTEK OFFICE LOCATED IN BROKEN ARROW, OK (at your own expense).
IF HIRED, APPLICANTS MUST BE WILLING TO COMPLETE "NEW EMPLOYEE PAPERWORK" AT THE MICAHTEK OFFICE LOCATED IN BROKEN ARROW, OK (approximately 45 minutes of paid time).
