Commonwealth Blue Ribbon Restaurants, LLC ,a franchisee of Famous Dave's of America, is looking to add a Famous Manager to our DMV market. Our franchise group includes multiple locations in the Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland and DMV metro areas. While other concepts are scaling back, our franchise group has tripled in size in the last FOUR years. We're looking for energetic, fun-loving, enthusiastic people who like the idea of working at the longest-running backyard BBQ party in America.
The Manager will oversee and direct all aspects of restaurant operations. This includes achieving sales and profit levels; maintaining Famous Dave's high food quality standards; and commitment to the company's standards of excellence. Most importantly, Managers are responsible for setting the tone for each shift and leading their team with passion for our guests' experiences.
We want leaders, coaches, mentors and trainers to help us operate the home of the "World’s Greatest Ribs". We are proud to have a scratch kitchen with authentic, in-house smoked meats, homemade sides and desserts, and handcrafted cocktails. Our ideal Manager has no problems digging in and getting things done, works hard and has a drive to be the absolute best in what we do: Famous Food and Outstanding Service. Our ideal candidate has proven leadership skills and a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing in a high volume, full service, casual dining environment. Our DMV market locations include:
Maryland – Laurel, Columbia, Waldorf
Virginia – Alexandria, Oakton, Woodbridge
