    • Currently enrolled in a CDA or Associate's Degree program
    • CPR/First-aid certification
  • Have the following essential skills and qualifications:
    • Experience working with young children; school-setting experience is highly desirable.
    • Proficiency with technology for lesson planning and parent communication.
    • Strong English language skills, both spoken and written, to ensure effective communication with parents.
