AUTOMOTIVE FINANCE / SALES MANAGER โ€“ JP HARVEY CHEVROLET
Location: JP Harvey Chevrolet

JP Harvey Chevrolet is a growing, high-opportunity dealership in Clarksville, Texas, and we are actively hiring an experienced Finance / Sales Manager to join our leadership team.

This is a hands-on role for a proven professional who can structure deals, maximize backend, and help drive overall sales performance. If you know how to close, work a deal from start to finish, and contribute to both the desk and the finance officeโ€”this is your store.


COMPENSATION
$6,000 โ€“ $8,000+ per month based on production
Aggressive pay plan with strong earning potential

RESPONSIBILITIES
Structure and finalize automotive finance deals
Maximize backend profit through F&I products and lender relationships
Assist in desking deals and closing customers on the floor
Work closely with sales team to ensure deals are completed and funded properly
Ensure compliance with all lending, state, and federal regulations
Maintain strong lender relationships and secure approvals
Support sales management in daily operations and deal flow


REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year of Automotive Finance experience REQUIRED
Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience (new, used, or both) REQUIRED
Strong understanding of deal structure, lenders, and backend products
Proven ability to close deals and drive profitability
High level of energy, urgency, and accountability
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
