Concrete Foreman

Lead Precision Agricultural & Federal Projects Nationwide with JP Tank

JOB OVERVIEW

  • Location: Rosendale, Wisconsin (nationwide travel required)

  • Employment Type: Full Time

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed

  • Project Scope: Lead on-site concrete operations for agricultural and federal projects across the U.S., supervising crews, ensuring precise blueprint interpretation, and coordinating with general contractors

THE OPPORTUNITY

Join JP Tank as a Concrete Foreman and take charge of high-impact concrete construction projects that support vital agricultural and federal sectors. You will lead dedicated crews, ensuring unparalleled precision and craftsmanship on every job, from foundational pours to complex waste management systems. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • You will lead and supervise concrete crews on active job sites, ensuring production goals and deadlines are consistently met.

  • You will meticulously interpret blueprints and construction plans, guaranteeing precise execution and zero deviations from specifications.

  • You will proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise on-site, maintaining seamless workflow and project quality.

  • You will champion a safety-first culture, conducting daily meetings and rigorously enforcing all safety protocols.

  • You will effectively communicate and coordinate with General Contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

  • You will train and mentor laborers in proper techniques and safety practices, elevating the team's overall skill level.

  • You will ensure all projects meet exact specifications and deadlines, upholding JP Tank's reputation for excellence.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete construction.

  • Proven team leadership experience in a foreman or supervisory role.

  • Expert ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints and construction plans.

  • Willingness to travel nationwide based on project needs.

  • Willingness to work overtime to meet project deadlines.

  • Excellent troubleshooting capabilities and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to maintain professionalism with General Contractors and crew members.

  • High School Diploma or GED.
