Job Title: Anticipated Opening- Child Study Team 12 Month Administrative Secretary
Salary: Following the established BTEA Collective Bargaining Agreement Salary Guide ranging from $57,641 to $59,741 (2026-2027)

Description: Burlington Township is seeking a Child Study Team 12 Month Administrative Secretary who is detail oriented, a multi-tasker, has strong organizational and computer skills. Experience with IEP Direct, SEMI, Power School, as well as experience with both NJQSAC and Special Education Monitoring Processes and related activities is preferred. Applicants must exhibit a personality that demonstrates positive interpersonal skills while being able to relate well and interact positively with students, staff, administrators, vendors, parents and community members. Ability to use sound judgment, discretion and ability to cope with time schedules and pressure is desirable. Successful candidate must also be able to maintain an orderly and efficient flow of paperwork in the Child Study Team Office.
Job Requirements:
- Must meet New Jersey residency requirements.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience as a CST secretary.
- Experience with IEP Direct, SEMI, Power School, as well as experience with both NJQSAC and Special Education Monitoring Processes and related activities.
- Detail oriented, with strong computer skills.
- Experience with handling master initial and re-evaluation lists.
- Ability to collaborate with CST members/Related Service providers/Counselors/Parents/Guardians/Gen Ed and Sp. Ed teachers as well as district staff and administrators.
