Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clientsโ€™ mental health, assessing the intensity, frequency, and impact of mood disorder symptoms.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, values, and needs, utilizing evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Monitor client progress through regular assessments and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to empower them in their recovery journeys.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care tailored to the holistic needs of clients.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, continuously updating knowledge on current research and methodologies in mood disorder treatment.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Qualifications
