Job Description - Client Manager (MS)
Location: Madison, MS (on-site, 5 days/week)
Job Description
Client Manager, Personal Lines
About the Agency
Rusty Healy Insurance Agency has served the Madison, MS area for over 36 years and is known locally for high-touch service and a strong referral network. Now part of Trucordia, one of the largest insurance brokerages in the country, the agency continues to operate as the same trusted local team it has always been.
Role Overview
We are hiring a full-cycle personal lines Client Manager to join a tenured, close-knit service team. You will own the servicing of a book of personal lines accounts (home, auto, umbrella, recreational vehicles), handling quoting, re-quoting, renewals, endorsements, and the day-to-day phone coverage our clients count on. This is a fast-paced, phone-heavy seat for someone who genuinely enjoys taking care of customers.
What You Will Do
  • Service an assigned book of personal lines accounts end to end (home, auto, umbrella, recreational)
  • Quote, re-quote, and process renewals and policy changes
  • Carry a high volume of inbound calls and proactively return missed calls and voicemails, ideally same day
  • Turn quotes around promptly and follow through on what you commit to
  • Help clients adopt self-service tools while preserving the agency high-touch standard
  • Protect retention and the agency local reputation
What We Are Looking For
  • Active Mississippi P&C license, required from day one
  • About 2 or more years of insurance industry experience, ideally in personal lines servicing
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment with an established, often older clientele
  • Reliable, team-oriented, low-drama
  • AMS360 experience is a plus (not required)
  • Commercial lines background is a strong plus
  • Clean background (a criminal record or a prior termination for attitude or entitlement issues is a deal-breaker)
  • State Farm and other captive-carrier agents are welcome; some AMS360 training will be provided
Compensation and Benefits
  • $50,000 to $55,000 for candidates newer to the field
  • $80,000 to $85,000 for experienced candidates, especially with a commercial lines background
  • Straight salary plus a quarterly retention-based incentive (no commission)
  • Trucordia benefits package, which the team reports is good and affordable
  • Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 with an hour lunch (a genuine 7-hour workday)
  • On-site in Madison, MS, on a stable, long-tenured team
