Mon-Fri 8am-4pm

As a Unit Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our facility, ensuring the smooth flow of patient care and services.

About the Unit Clerk Role:

As a Unit Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our care team, ensuring accurate and timely documentation, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will enable you to effectively coordinate with staff, residents, and families, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

Unit Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks, such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries

  • Prepare and maintain patient records, charts, and reports

  • Assist with scheduling appointments, tests, and procedures

  • Coordinate with the care team to ensure efficient communication and workflow
