CMH is pleased to offer the following benefits to all regular full and part-time employees working a .5 FTE (20 hours/week) or above. Employees become eligible for all benefits on the first day of the month following their hire date. Job Summary
Primary responsibility for management-labor and employee relations, personnel administration and administration of employee related insurance programs. Identify, develop, and implement HR associated policies and procedures.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field is desired. Five (5) years' experience working in Human Resources with at least two (2) years of labor relations experience preferred. Must have strong working knowledge of employee relations, wage and hour laws, MN ESST and MN Paid Leave, ERISA, benefits administration. Must be able to access accurate information in a timely manner. Must be highly organized and have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Wage
Depending on your work experience, you could earn an annual salary of $118,242 up to $177,364.
