Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Band 3 Site Lead โ€“ DSS Support to oversee onsite desktop support operations and provide technical leadership in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, team coordination experience, and the ability to ensure high-quality IT support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate daily onsite Desktop Support Services (DSS) activities.
  • Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Manage incident, service request, and problem resolution within SLA.
  • Coordinate with end users, IT teams, and vendors for issue resolution.
  • Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems and enterprise applications.
  • Perform hardware installations, upgrades, replacements, and asset management.
  • Support Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update ticketing systems.
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies, processes, and security standards.
  • Mentor and guide onsite support technicians when required.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience in Desktop Support Services (DSS).
  • Experience leading onsite support teams or serving as a Site Lead.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or similar.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in an onsite enterprise environment.
