    Job Summary

    The Dealer Solutions Specialist (DSS) drives regional pipeline generation and early-stage sales engagement within a designated pod. This role owns lead generation, demo-setting, and high-level introductory demos. The DSS supports RSM territory strategy by focusing on prospecting, MSA opportunities, and accelerating early-stage deal flow to drive SQLโ€™s.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    Pipeline Generation
  • Generate and qualify new leads within assigned region
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns
  • Manage inbound lead response within SLA
  • Organize and process highvolume leads in CRM
  • Demo & Opportunity Development
  • Schedule and confirm demo appointments for RSM
  • Deliver highlevel introductory demos when appropriate
  • Apply structured followup systems
  • Reengage cold or stalled leads
  • Regional Strategy Support
  • Identify market opportunities (MSA vs nonMSA)
  • Coordinate schedules and territory insights with RSM
  • Track leadtodemo conversion metrics
  • Provide regional pipeline reporting
  • What You Bring

    Required:
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong outbound calling skills
  • Appointmentsetting experience
  • Strong followup discipline
  • Preferred:
  • 3+ years in inside sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Automotive industry familiarity
  • SaaS or technology sales experience
  • Experience generating SQLs in a structured sales environment
  • Marketing automation exposure
  • Sales analytics and performance tracking experience
