Maintain product quality through audits, identify issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:*** Collaborates with production, engineering, and quality teams to collect data, troubleshoots issues, and streamlines processes.* Develops manufacturing support documentation such as work instructions, procedures, and training materials.* Assists in product inspections and audits to ensure process compliance.* Investigates quality failures, conducts trend and root cause analysis, and supports process improvement projects.* Educates employees on standards and documentation and fosters skill development across teams.* Gains insights from Production to develop solutions and document best practices.* Tailors programs and documentation to diverse learning styles for optimal employee success.* Travels to other locations and job sites as required.**Education and Experience Requirements:**An associates degree, preferably in mechanical, electrical, computer, industrial, or a related STEM/engineering field. However, candidates with experience in Quality, manufacturing, or data analysis will also be considered.Prior experience or understanding of large-scale manufacturing is highly desired.
