As a CT Technologist at MUSC, you play a pivotal role in capturing detailed cross-sectional images using cutting-edge CT technology, aiding in diagnosing and monitoring various medical conditions. Your responsibilities include collaborating with care teams to ensure precise imaging procedures and contributing to delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic medical environment.

Additional Job Description

Education: Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.

Experience: 0 to 2 years of modality specific work experience, at least 1 year of X-Ray experience.

Required Registration/Certification:

  • Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R), required.
  • ARRT CT Registration must be obtained within 1 year in this position.
  • Licensure from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association is required.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider
