Position: Fluent Canadian French / English Recruiter for Manufacturing
Location: Milwaukee, WI, 53209
Duration: 5 Months

Job Description:
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Non-negotiable - candidate must be fluent in Canadian French and English.
  • Absolutely no exceptions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles, including production, quality control, and maintenance positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing methods.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Must be documented on the resume.
  • Fluent in English and Canadian French (written and spoken).
  • Non-negotiable and must be documented on the resume.
