Job description

We are looking for a Receptionist for a top luxury jewel at their NYC Flagship location! The Receptionist plays an important part in the client's first impression of the Maison and is the first point of contact. This role will assist in delivering the luxury experience, providing outstanding customer service and conveying passion for the brand during every interaction.
  • Pay rate: $30.00-$32.00/hr based on experience
Responsibilities:
  • The ideal Receptionist candidate will have outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • The individual will be charismatic, who enjoys working in a professional luxury jewelry and watch retail environment who is career focused.
  • This person is required to greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner, direct everyone who enters the boutique to the appropriate person and handle inbound calls.
  • The role will be to provide written responses to customers' inquiries via Email and Chat and handle a wide variety of customer inquiries, such as hours of operations and questions about the repair process.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, in a Fashion, Retail or related field and/or one year working in retail/contact center/customer service environment.
  • Knowledge and enthusiasm for luxury fashion/retail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
