Job description

Marketing & Services Manager
Osborne Mint – Cincinnati, Ohio

Join a Company on the Rise

Osborne Mint isn’t just another manufacturing company—we’re a historic brand experiencing exciting growth and transformation. As we expand and evolve, we’re looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Marketing & Services Manager who’s ready to take ownership and help propel us to the next level.

What You’ll Own & Build

This is not a “maintain the status quo” marketing role. This is an opportunity to build, evolve, and elevate how we connect with customers and grow our brand.
You’ll step into a role where you can:

  • Shape the voice of a legacy brand as it modernizes and expands into new markets
  • Experiment with new marketing channels, tools, and technologies to keep us relevant and competitive
  • Turn ideas into action quickly in a nimble, entrepreneurial environment

Your day-to-day will blend strategy and execution. One day you may be crafting messaging for a new product launch, the next analyzing campaign performance, brainstorming fresh ways to reach collectors, or collaborating directly with sales to close gaps in the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, target markets, and sales goals.
  • Own and maintain, using the latest technology, Osborne brand messaging and positioning across product lines, customer segments, and channels.
  • Plan and manage campaigns across digital, email, content, print, events, and coin /trade show programs. (Will require some travel to attend)
  • Support product launches by building go-to-market plans, launch materials, sales tools, and customer-facing communications.
  • Create and manage marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, product sheets, website content, and promotional materials.
  • Partner with the sales and product development teams to improve lead generation, lead nurturing, account support, and channel enablement.
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, printers, and marketing vendors as needed.
  • Track campaign performance, marketing KPIs, and return on investment, and provide regular reporting to leadership with specific reference to CSAT and NPS scores.
  • Manage the Osborne format and style guide to maintain consistency with HM Precious Metal Group, Germany.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, B2B, B2C, precious and base metals, or related technical product environments.
  • Strong background in brand management, campaign development, content creation, and demand generation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical information for commercial audiences.
  • Experience collaborating across sales, operations/manufacturing, and leadership teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign effectiveness and using data to improve performance. (NPS and CSAT scores)
  • Proficiency with the latest digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and web content tools
Success in the Role
  • Improves brand clarity and consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Generates measurable increases in qualified leads, customer engagement, and sales support effectiveness.
  • Delivers strong launch execution and timely campaign support for new and existing products.
  • Builds marketing processes and reporting that help leadership evaluate performance and prioritize investment.
