Role: JD Edwards Technical Lead

Location : Irvine CA

Duration: Long term



Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 technical lead r with deep expertise in Orchestrator Studio, AIS Server, and integrations.

The role will focus on designing, developing, and supporting orchestration-driven solutions, APIs, and real-time integrations while also handling core JDE development and production support.



Key Responsibilities


Design, develop, and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 Orchestrations

Build and manage AIS services, REST APIs, and real-time integrations with external systems

Develop and enhance custom orchestration components (service requests, rules, connectors, notifications)

Create and maintain Interactive Applications, UBEs, and Business Functions (C) as required for orchestration support

Develop and modify BI Publisher and RDA reports

Troubleshoot and resolve orchestration, AIS, and integration-related issues across environments

Optimize orchestration performance, error handling, and security

Work closely with functional teams to convert business processes into event-driven and API-based solutions

Support retrofit activities, package builds, deployments, and tools releases

Ensure compliance with JDE 9.2 development standards and best practices

Mentor junior developers and review orchestration and development artifacts



Required Skills & Experience


15+ years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne development experience, with strong exposure to 9.2

Proven hands-on expertise in:

Orchestrator Studio

AIS Server configuration and troubleshooting

REST API development and integrations

Strong knowledge of:

Business Functions (C)

Interactive Applications, UBEs

Tables, Data Dictionary, FDA, RDA

Experience with real-time and batch integrations

Solid understanding of JDE security, roles, UDOs, and orchestration security

Strong SQL / Oracle DB knowledge



Preferred Qualifications


Experience implementing event-driven architecture using JDE Orchestrations

Exposure to IoT Orchestrator or notifications (email, SMS, external systems)

Experience with JDE Tools Release upgrades and ESU application

Knowledge of functional domains such as Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, or SCM
