Job description

Call Center | $20 /hr. | Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm 
 
What Matters Most
  • Competitive Pay of $20 /hr. with room for growth
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday Monday - Friday 8 am – 5 pm 
  • Location: Glendale, WI
  • Temporary for 5 weeks
  • Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card

 Job Description
 We are seeking a detail-oriented Call Center person for a temporary claim administrator in Glendale, WI.  
Be a part of the team that administers Class Action lawsuit settlements. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Claim Processing – accurately and promptly.
  • Customer Service call center
  • Prepare communications and reports as requested.
  • Attend training and department programs/meetings.
 Qualifications and Requirements:
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment with ability to switch from case accurately and effectively to case.
  • Solid math skills, able to accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, and percentages.
  • Strong, fast, and accurate keyboarding and Excel capabilities requires.
  • Solid analytical skill to hear or read and/or interpret written and verbal claim and claim processing instructions and other communication.

The base salary range for this position is $20/hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
