We are hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an international team, helping travelers with bookings, modifications, and inquiries—all from the comfort of your home in Greece.

What You'll Do
  • Assist travelers via phone, email, and chat with accommodation bookings, updates, and cancellations.
  • Deliver friendly, high-quality support to ensure a seamless travel experience.
  • Log customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
  • Work together with internal teams to resolve complex customer requests.
What You Bring
  • Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and solid English (B2+).
  • Great communication skills, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable navigating multi-screen/multi-system environments.
  • Previous customer service experience is a bonus, but not required—we will train you!
