Job description

The Director of Franchise Performance supporting our Co-Brand initiative, is a leadership role that centers on advancing operational excellence and ensuring alignment with the brands' visions, primarily through the strategic guidance of a team of Franchise Performance Leaders (FPLs). This position entails fostering strong relationships with franchisees and leveraging the expertise of FPLs to execute brand and operational initiatives effectively. In collaboration with Brand leadership and the GoTo Foods engine partners, the Director drives brand success and facilitates operational improvements. Responsibilities encompass the leadership of franchisee strategic business planning, performance, and the rollout of training and marketing programs, all orchestrated through the FPL team. This role requires effective communication, strategic adaptability, and a leadership focus dedicated to boosting franchisee performance and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.
