The Sr. Franchise Business Consultant is the primary contact between the franchisor and the franchisee. You will act as the franchisee's connection to the Franchise Support Center ensuring there is a strong support system and trusted advisors in place. The FBC is responsible for providing management, operational, and financial support to franchise partners through a consultative relationship built on trust. The strength of that relationship will directly impact your ability to be an effective FBC. You are the coach, advising how franchisees should leverage our Systems of Business in the effort to help them reach their personal and business goals. The successful candidate will effectively monitor and measure the results of the franchise's goals and KPI's across their territory and brands.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform the role of business consultant and coach; building trust with franchise partners to influence growth and profitability within their franchise
  • Establish a regular cadence of virtual and onsite touch points to maintain a deep understanding of the business operations of our franchise partners, providing insights and assistance when needed
  • Develop a deep understanding of all available Authority Brand tools, platforms, and support systems available to our brands to maximize performance and instill trust with your franchisees
  • Become the person your franchisees seek out for advice, come to in a time of crisis, or to celebrate the victories they have experienced
  • Prioritize the requests of the FSC functions to connect with your franchisees
  • Advise our franchise partners on the importance of staying in compliance with the Franchise Agreement and assisting when needed in the efforts to help the franchise partner stay compliant
  • Conduct market meetings for your franchisees, bringing groups of franchisees together for the betterment of the group
  • Providing guidance to the franchisees in the development of their culture and how it acts as an extension of our company culture
  • Responsible for delivering franchisee territory 'health' diagnostics
  • Performing a monthly Profit and Loss statement reviews including YOY revenue
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A) or Equivalent experience required
  • 5 - 7+ years of experience in the capacity of a consultant, advisor, coach, or in running a services-based business or franchise
  • Skilled in operational efficiencies, best practices, KPI's, and data analysis
  • Comfortable interpreting P&L statements and understanding how various initiatives may impact top & bottom lines
  • Experience partnering cross functionally to ensure your customers get what they need when they need it
  • Must have strong computer skills and be familiar with all Microsoft Office Programs
  • Communicates clearly and precisely in verbal and written forms
  • Ability to travel up to 75% to Franchisee locations within your assigned territory

Physical Requirements:
  • Work is performed in an office environment
  • Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
  • May be required to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
  • Involves extended periods of looking at a computer monitor
  • Must be able to see, hear, talk, and type
