The Charles Nicholas Agency is seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural-born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in peoples lives. As our newest insurance sales representative, you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing and new clients. As a full-time sales representative, you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrow. NO INSURANCE EXPERIENCE required.

Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Process customer policy change requests.

Must be comfortable making outbound sales calls.

Ability to connect, engage, influence, persuade and empathize with a variety of clients.

Take premium payments from customers.

Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.

Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

Be open to marketing yourself on social media.

Provide exceptional customer service.

Learn from an existing Agent or receive mentorship from our District Trainer.



Requirements

(Must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty license and Life, Accident & Health HMO License within a time frame)
