 Job Title: ECVC Associate Attorney – Junior 
 Locations: San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, New York
 Compensation: $225,000 – $300,000 annually + discretionary bonus + full benefits

Are you an attorney who thrives working with visionary founders, disruptive technologies, and high-growth companies? We’re seeking a Midlevel to Senior ECVC Associate to join a fast-growing practice supporting clients from garage-stage startups to billion-dollar market leaders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Guide companies through their entire lifecycle—from formation to financings to M&A.
  • Represent venture funds and investors backing tomorrow’s game-changing businesses.
  • Advise clients on complex corporate governance and regulatory strategy.
