POINT SEBAGO RESORT- CASCO, ME
Seasonal Part Time Positions Available August 1, 2026 - November 1, 2026
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Seek and take advantage of opportunities as it relates to product and service knowledge, job skills and training while remaining current and knowledgeable regarding competitors, technology changes and trends
  • Supports and follows Cove Communities and Point Sebago policy at all times
  • Promote and market via social media and other communication methods the merchandise offerings, club programs, events, and other club services
  • Manage daily point of sale and receipt transactions
  • Help to manage tournaments, leagues, and other events
  • Provide outstanding customer service to the members and guests by understanding and being able to perform all golf shop operations
  • Option to help with player development programs including junior golf
  • Greets customers, assists with inquiries, and process payments in a timely manner.
  • Always displays positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Standard cleaning procedures for golf shop and general areas
  • Keeps sales floor and check-out area clean at all times
  • Tracks future and current tournament reservations
  • Helps prepare and organize tournament events / outings
  • Ensures that all revenue is counted, reported, and delivered to accounting at the end of every day
  • Processes sales of store items, returns, and exchanges following proper procedure
  • Maintains knowledge of items sold in store
  • Helps with monthly inventory assessments and adjustments
  • Supports and follows Cove Communities and Point Sebago policy at all times
  • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Prior cash handling experience preferred
  • Ability to function well in a high pace, sometimes high stress environment
