Support consistent, mission-aligned messaging across public policy, advocacy, external affairs, and governance functions.
Help align external communications across entities, including coordinated campaigns, employee economic-impact storytelling, and appropriate client testimonials, supported by structured advocacy playbooks.
Serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Strategy Officer and other senior leaders who shape Rogers' long-term direction, where the CSO owns market growth and clinical program strategy and the Director of Foundation Strategy and Operations supports the external stakeholder and governance pathways that help unlock those growth initiatives.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with C-suite leaders across both organizations, including intentional shadowing of key functions to understand operational realities and enterprise interdependencies.
Conduct a comprehensive review and gap analysis of the System and Foundation strategic plans to identify alignment opportunities, resource leverage points, and areas requiring coordinated attention.
