Software Developer (Java / AWS / AEM Forms)

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with strong experience in Java development and AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate would be capable of designing, building, and delivering end-to-end software solutions in an agile environment. Experience with Adobe AEM-especially in designing and developing digital forms based on process maps-is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Software Development
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using Java and modern frameworks including microservices.
Implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, or others depending on project needs.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
Adobe AEM (A Must Experience)
Work with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to design, configure, and develop AEM Forms and components.
Translate business process maps into intuitive digitized forms and workflow-driven solutions.
Collaborate with design and UX teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
Product Collaboration & Requirements Gathering Partner closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and SMEs to understand business needs.
Participate in requirements elicitation, story grooming, and solution design discussions.
Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Perform end-to-end testing to validate functionality, performance, and system integrity.
Support debugging, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Assist in creating automated tests where appropriate.
Teamwork & Delivery
Actively contribute to agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, UX, and business partners.
Support production deployments and ongoing maintenance activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
Strong understanding of AWS Cloud architecture and native services.
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices design, and cloud integrations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with product teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing Adobe AEM components or AEM Forms.
Previous experience digitizing processes by interpreting workflow or process maps.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, or similar DevOps tools.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS) is a plus.
