Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to inform the development of individualized treatment plans, incorporating methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and group therapy sessions.
  • Provide focused therapeutic interventions, both in individual and group settings, to help clients articulate their challenges, set realistic treatment goals, and navigate their pathways toward recovery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. This involves meticulous documentation of treatment sessions, client progress notes, and engagement in chart audits with the clinical director.
  • Engage in regular staff meetings and clinical supervision sessions to collaborate on client care, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and integrate feedback effectively.
  • Build and nurture positive professional relationships with clients, family members, and colleagues to develop a supportive network that enhances client care.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives that aim to elevate the standard of care provided, keeping abreast of the latest developments in mental health and social work practices.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
