Salary: $28 to $30 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Traveling Position
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Foreman Supervisor to oversee our landscape and irrigation projects. This role involves supervising a team of crew members, ensuring the successful execution of landscaping and irrigation tasks, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a crew of landscape and irrigation professionals.
  • Coordinate and manage daily operations on job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and to specification.
  • Oversee installation and maintenance of landscape features and irrigation systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide on-site training and guidance to crew members.
  • Manage equipment and materials, including pulling trailers and operating machinery.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours, materials, and any issues encountered.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to address any concerns or changes.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in landscape and irrigation work.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to pull trailers and operate relevant equipment.
