Concrete Foreman/Supervisor

A privately owned civil construction company known for its hands-on culture and strong field teams, is seeking a Concrete Foreman/Supervisor to join their team in the Mountain West region with regional travel. This role leads concrete placement and finishing crews in the field, owning quality, safety, and production while working on impactful civil projects with strong earning potential.

What You'll Do as the Concrete Foreman/Supervisor:

  • Lead and supervise concrete placement and finishing crews on civil construction projects
  • Oversee daily field operations including grading, forming, pouring, and finishing
  • Ensure work meets quality control standards and project specifications
  • Coordinate with project managers and field leadership to keep projects on schedule
  • Monitor safety practices and maintain a safe, compliant jobsite
  • Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and craftsmanship
  • Manage materials, equipment, and crew productivity in the field

Must-Haves as the Concrete Foreman/Supervisor:

  • 5+ years of hands-on concrete experience in civil construction
  • Proven ability to lead crews and manage field operations
  • Strong knowledge of grading, placement, and finishing techniques
