Concrete Site Foreman
Hall Contracting of Kentucky is a 100% Employee-Owned Company. We have been in business since 1954 and we are seeking a Concrete/Site Foreman for our Asphalt Division. Summary/Objective
The Foreman manages activities of a crew of workers. Concrete and sitework experience preferred.
Essential Functions
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Blueprint and specification reading.
  • Has knowledge and understanding to plan for every task to be performed in a safe manner.
  • Keep daily field records.
  • Conduct weekly jobsite safety meetings.
  • Manage workers continuously.
  • Prepare employee payroll.

Physical Demands
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Hours of work vary based on project needs. Overtime as required.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred. Additional education a plus. Minimum 2 years' experience supervising a crew of employees required. Previous concrete experience preferred.
