Must have either wildlife removal experience or skilled trades/construction experience. Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent critical thinking skills to handle pest-related challenges effectively. Excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail for accurate documentation. Sales experience or ability to effectively sell services is a plus as you will promote pest removal, exclusion, and sanitation services. 
Job description: 
  • Inspect residential homes and commercial businesses to determine the type of problem and extent of infestation. Utilizing ladders for proper inspection. 
  • pinpoint wildlife entry points 
  • Home repairs for wildlife exclusion - flashing , caulking, screening of attic vents, installation of ridge guard on roof ridge vents
  • Setting up of one-way doors for removal and/or live traps for Squirrels  
  • Setting up of live traps for Raccoon Removal
  • Bat removal & exclusion
  • Bird removal & exclusion
  • Mice Elimination Services  (Interior home/business)  
  • Mole elimination Services  (exterior yard services) 
  • Live trapping and removal of ground dwelling animals such as Ground hogs & Possums
  • Removal and relocation of wild animals after they are caught 
  • When applicable, writing up an estimate for removal, pest-proofing homes, nesting/food source/dropping removal, and disinfectant application. 
  • Performing the exclusionary work to the home or business. 
  • Environmental recommendations for home & property 
  • Will also be trained to be state-certified in pest control (Registered applicator 7A State Certification and 7G Wildlife) 
Day to day operations for this role will involve properly setting the appropriate traps for the offending animal species, sealing off entry points, utilizing ladders at various heights, using power tools, working with sheet metal, screening, caulking, and other various materials that are used to block animal entry points, and routine check/rebaiting of live traps set on prior visits. Jobs will occasionally require you to enter spaces such as attics and/or crawlspaces when necessary. A well-maintained company truck and ALL NECESSARY tools are provided. You can take the company vehicle home with you every day. When working on more difficult or large jobs, you will be paired with other technicians when necessary to ensure safety. Will be trained on how to write up estimates and sell job if you possess that skillset. 
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. 
  • A thorough training program and employee manual detailing all services rendered and treatment techniques for you to keep with you on the job 
  • Quality Company vehicle (can be taken home). You are not required to come into the office daily 
  • Employee of the month program  
  • Ongoing Field Training 
  • Uniforms (pants/shirts, hoodie, hats) 
  • Scheduled lunch breaks (if wanted) 
Compensation is as follows: 
  • Base Hourly Pay + Bonus
  • Sales Commissions (no limit) 
  • Medical Insurance  (after 3 months of employment)
  • Assurity Insurance plans   (Similar to AFLAC)  (after 3 months of employment)
  • Bi-Weekly Pay Days (every other Friday) 
  • Oil Change Card, and Mobile Tablet 
  • PTO (sick & vacation) 
Phone interview followed by face-to-face interview with Operations Manager and Company Owner. 
Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. 
Schedule: 
  • 7-10 hour shift  (lighter days if doing profitable, more difficult jobs). We Looking out for your stamina.  
  • Monday to Friday with some Overtime available, Saturdays on a rotational basis 
Experience: 
  • Home repair: 2 years (Required) 
  • Customer service: 2 years (Required) 
  • Wildlife Removal : 1 year  (Preferred)
