Position: Quality Assurance Associate
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Some weekends required

The Lee Group is seeking detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associates to join the East Shipping Team in Toano, VA. This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing SRA inventory and RGA customer returns. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a warehouse environment. Job Responsibilities of Quality Assurance Associates
Receive and inspect SRA inventory and RGA customer returns.
Verify product condition, quantities, serial numbers, part numbers, and supporting documentation.
Perform visual inspections to identify defects, damage, missing components, packaging issues, and discrepancies.
Sort and separate returned products based on condition, including restock, rebox , damaged, and other classifications.
Accurately count inventory and record inspection findings.
Enter inspection results and maintain records using Microsoft Excel and company systems.
Apply labels and ensure returned products are properly identified and routed.
Organize, stage, and maintain return inventory areas.
Communicate quality concerns, discrepancies, and safety issues to management in a timely manner.
Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Conduct inspections and support warehouse operations as directed by management.
Assist with additional warehouse duties and special projects as assigned.
Job Qualifications of Quality Assurance Associates
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues and discrepancies.
Ability to accurately count inventory, verify quantities, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or quality assurance environments.

Experience with data entry, reporting, inventory counts, cycle counts, or quantity verification.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements of Quality Assurance Associates
Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and perform moderate physical activity throughout the workday.
Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Work is performed in a warehouse environment with frequent movement and inventory handling.
Must be able to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.
