Job description

Food manufacturing company in Boerne is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team!

Responsibilities:
  •   Load products and materials into packaging equipment while verifying weights and ingredients 
  •   Monitor packaging machines during production and report any issues or malfunctions 
  •   Package, seal, and palletize finished products according to production standards 
  •   Assist with equipment cleaning, basic maintenance, and facility upkeep 
  •   Follow food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures throughout production 
  •   Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements:
  •   Food manufacturing or packaging experience is a plus, but not required 
  •   Willingness to learn and follow food safety and quality procedures 
  •   Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs 
  •   Comfortable climbing ladders or steps to access work platforms 
  •   Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  •   Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
 
Schedule:
  • Monday – Thursday
  • 5:30 PM – 4:30 AM 
 
Pay Rate: 
  • $15/Hour
