The NEW Hilton Garden Inn Clackamas is seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Operations Manager for our BUSY Restaurant & Catering operations. This role is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations restaurant & catering operations, leading the team, maintaining Hilton brand standards, and ensuring profitability and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the kitchen for restaurant, bar, catering and breakfast service
  • Lead, train, and motivate restaurant team members to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and health & safety regulations
  • Manage scheduling, labor costs, and staff productivity
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards
  • Control inventory and manage ordering to maintain proper stock levels and minimize waste
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen and front-of-house coordination
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all restaurant areas
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives


Qualifications

  • MUST HAVE 2+ years of restaurant or food & beverage management experience (hotel experience preferred)
