Position Summary The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for supporting and executing all aspects of food & beverage operations, including concessions, premium hospitality and catering services. This role supports the Director of Food & Beverage in delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational efficiency, financial performance and team development. The ideal candidate is an experienced hospitality leader with a strong background in high volume event operations and premium service environments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities โ€ข Oversees all food & beverage operations and execution for assigned events including concessions, bars, premium hospitality, and catering services. โ€ข Ensures operational readiness before, during, and after all assigned events โ€ข Develops and implements work plans including scheduling and ordering, and assigns appropriate duties to subordinates โ€ข Supports budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting by monitoring food sales, labor costs, attendance, inventory, and operating results while maintaining established food and labor cost targets โ€ข Develops menus/themes for the event and establishes pricing for services โ€ข Inspects food service facilities to ensure that equipment and buildings meet requirements of state and local health laws and internal regulations โ€ข Maintains inventory control โ€ข Inspects and tastes prepared foods to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulationsโ€ข Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including many nights, weekends and holidays throughout the year โ€ข Coaches, develops, and mentors hourly bartenders and other hourly event staff โ€ข Ensures exceptional guest service standards are maintained throughout every event โ€ข Promotes a positive, collaborative work environment by leading with professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to exceptional guest service Supervisory Responsibilities Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws.
