Shillington Box requires the following skills and abilities:
  • High school Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing Corrugated experience preferred not required.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and dependable with time management skills.
  • Successful track record in safety, attendance, and quality.
  • Ability to perform basic computer operations.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions.
  • The willingness to function effectively in a team environment.
  • Enthusiasm for being an active part of a safety-first work environment.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing (background check, drug screen, and physical abilities test).
