  • Contribute to development of scalable and sustainable solutions aligned with business and application requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across business processes, application usage, and operational support activities.

Release & Change Support

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, refine, prioritize, and document business requirements for system changes and enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements and operational needs into detailed functional specifications, process documentation, and solution requirements for IT teams, vendors, and application owners throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Drive change requests and enhancements through the full project and application lifecycle, including planning, testing, deployment, communication, training, and post-release support.
  • Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and validation activities to ensure quality and business readiness.

Business Applications & Process Support

  • Collaborate with business application owners to support configuration changes, patching activities, application upgrades, and lifecycle management while ensuring business users understand operational impacts and changes.
  • Maintain awareness of cross-application dependencies and integration points to minimize operational disruption and unintended business impacts.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Execute and oversee periodic operational activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
  • Own, manage, and maintain SharePoint sites, knowledge repositories, and related collaboration tools supporting business applications and operational processes.
  • Maintain and update operational documentation, user guides, knowledge articles, and related support materials.
