AREA SUPERVISOR - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • People Leadership & Staff Development
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Custodial Technicians using "The Imperial Way" cleaning standards, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit and interview Custodial Technician candidates, playing an active role in building a high-quality field team.
  • Train employees on janitorial best practices, administrative tasks, and company standards to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Address employee performance issues promptly and administer progressive discipline in partnership with RM/DM oversight as needed.
  • Client Relations & Service Excellence
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between field Custodial Technicians and internal operations, ensuring seamless communication and service continuity.
  • Maintain regular oversight of all assigned client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold Imperial's service standards.
  • Meet KPI metrics for client touch bases, ensuring all customers receive consistent, proactive communication and follow-through.
  • Respond promptly to client emergency situations, including availability during evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Operations & Workforce Management
  • Manage staff scheduling and employee callouts to ensure all client locations maintain appropriate coverage at all times.
  • Monitor team time and attendance, ensuring compliance across all employees within the assigned district.
  • Communicate assignment changes, company updates, and important reminders to Custodial Technicians in a timely manner via email and WhatsApp.
  • Substitute for Custodial Technicians at client accounts when necessary to maintain uninterrupted service.
  • Logistics & Safety
  • Ensure all client locations are adequately stocked with the supplies necessary to deliver excellent cleaning services, submitting and delivering supply orders as needed.
  • Report all workplace accidents and injuries to the corporate office in a timely manner in accordance with company policy.

OTHER JOB DUTIES:
  • All other tasks as assigned by management.
