The Senior Analyst, Order Planning Management (OPM) supports the forecasting, planning, and execution of inbound receipt flows across Foot Locker's North America distribution center network. This individual supports efficient product movement. As a highly analytical individual contributor, the Senior Analyst partners closely with Order Planning Managers, Inventory Management, Merchandising, DC Operations, and Vendor Order Management teams to translate inventory and demand plans into executable receipt flow strategies.
Responsibilities
Receipt Planning & Inventory Flow Execution
  • Support execution of forecasting and planning process for inbound receipts across the North America DC network in alignment with seasonal plans, budgets, and omnichannel priorities.
  • Build, maintain, and analyze receipt flow plans that balance DC capacity, labor considerations, and inventory availability for both store and digital fulfillment.
  • Analyze inbound flows to identify risks and provide visibility to stakeholders.
  • Support coordination and prioritization of purchase order flow with DC operations and order management teams to coordinate and prioritize purchase order flow through distribution facilities.

Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination
  • Support vendor coordination by tracking and validating supply documentation accuracy and receipt readiness.
  • Track vendor intake commitments relative to Foot Locker's receipt expectations and fiscal timelines.
  • Track and analyze receipt readiness for launches, key styles, collections, and marketing initiatives by monitoring receipt status and escalating risks as needed.
  • Analyze vendor performance related to lead times and shipment timing; provide insights to support compliance improvements.

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate with Forecasting & Demand Planning, Inventory Management, and Merchandising to align receipt execution with demand signals and open-to-buy targets.
  • Develop and share reporting and insights on receipt flow status, risks, and tradeoffs,
  • Provide analysis and insights to inform improvements inbound and inventory movement methods.

Reporting & Analysis
  • Perform detailed analyses of receipt performance, forecast accuracy, and inventory flow health.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting tools that provide visibility into PO status, receipt timing, and supply chain risk.
  • Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for continuous improvement within order planning and inbound execution.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in order planning, inventory management, supply chain operations, or a related analytical role; retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in purchase order tracking, receipt flow analysis, and DC operations within a high-volume environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, lookup functions, complex formulas); Power BI experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred
  • Experience supporting omnichannel or DTC fulfillment models.
  • Experience contributing to process improvement or supply chain optimization initiatives.

Benefits
The annual base salary range is $76,900 - $94,700 /yr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
