Location: Las Vegas, NV (215 & Pecos/St Rose) Job Type: Part-time to Full-time transition

Job Summary

Join our fast-paced, high-pressure sales agency! We are a youthful and dynamic team looking for a highly organized professional to support our sales agents (ages 18-35). This is a crucial administrative role focused on client services and agency growth. This position is Mandatory In-Office and requires reliability and professionalism.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Starting Rate: $22.00 per hour
  • Initial Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week (Probationary Period)
  • Transition: Expected move to 40 hours per week upon successful completion of the probationary period.

Key Responsibilities

You will be essential in managing core agency operations:

  • Client Management: Handle client retention activities and manage the accurate delivery of new policies.
  • Recruiting Support: Track and manage the status of agency recruiting efforts.
  • Agent Onboarding: Oversee the successful administrative onboarding process for new sales agents.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Must be able to reliably commute to the office located near 215 and Pecos/St Rose.
