Glimmering Hope Health Care Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate licensed mental health therapist to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Facilitate regular individual therapy sessions focusing on clients’ goals of personal growth, healing, and resilience.
• Provide teletherapy options, utilizing secure platforms to ensure client confidentiality and accessibility, especially for those who face barriers to in-person visits.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about best practices in mental health treatment.

At Glimmering Hope, our client base includes individuals of all ages experiencing a range of mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. Our therapists work with clients through a culturally sensitive lens, promoting inclusivity and understanding in every session. This role requires developing trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and socio-economic statuses, ensuring that every individual feels safe and supported.

• Possession of a current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients to foster therapeutic relationships.
• A commitment to ethical practice, a non-judgmental approach, and an understanding attitude toward clients' experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining high standards of documentation and client care.

• Previous experience in a community health setting or telehealth practice preferred.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is a plus.
• Experience in working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or marginalized communities is desirable.

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
