• Conduct individualized mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach to therapy.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse population of stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking to improve their mental health and well-being. This role involves addressing a range of mental health concerns, guiding clients toward understanding and managing their experiences, emotions, and relationships.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Applicants must hold one of the following licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Must be fully licensed to practice independently without supervision; no limited or provisional licenses will be considered.
• A strong foundation in ethical practice, along with outstanding interpersonal skills and a sympathetic approach to client interactions.
• Proficient computer literacy skills to navigate our teletherapy platform effectively.

While we welcome applicants at various stages of their careers, preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record of successful client outcomes and prior experience in teletherapy. Familiarity with solution-focused treatment modalities is also beneficial.
