Floor Tech

Job Summary:

Join our team at Nexus of Pavilion at Belleville, a premier healthcare organization dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care! We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Floor Tech to join our dynamic team. As a Floor Tech, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility, providing top-notch support to our medical staff, and contributing to the overall excellence of our patient care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain order and cleanliness in patient rooms and common areas

  • Prepare patient rooms for admission and discharge

  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure strippiing and waxing of the resaident rooms

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients, families, and staff

  • Buffing of the resident rooms, common areas and hallways

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1 years of experience preferred, but will consider new graduates

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability
