As a part of our esteemed Environmental Services Department, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Floor Tech to join our team in beautiful Wilmington, Delaware.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Floor Tech to perform assigned duties within established quality care and service standards. Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Environmental Services, you will be responsible for cleaning and servicing public/common areas and private resident areas, adhering to established health, hygiene, and appearance policies and regulations. Your exceptional customer service skills will be invaluable in providing a positive experience for our residents and their loved ones.
Responsibilities:
  • Clean and service public/common areas and private resident areas in accordance with established health, hygiene, and appearance policies and regulations
  • Follow all housekeeping protocols and procedures in floor tech
  • Properly dispose of refuse, adhering to infection control standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Environmental Services
