Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? Join our dynamic team at [Med Spa Name] as a Floor Attendant! This role is vital to supporting daily operations and ensuring our clients enjoy a seamless and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Greet clients warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out processes, and address any questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience. Provide top-notch customer service, assist clients on the floor, and maintain an inviting, organized environment.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and ensure the floor is fully equipped with necessary products.
  • Facility Maintenance: Regularly inspect and clean common areas, treatment rooms, and waiting areas to maintain a pristine environment that reflects the spa's high standards.
  • Laundry Duties: Wash, fold, and organize towels, linens, and other essential items to support daily operations.
  • Service Maintenance: Help maintain and ensure the functionality of equipment and service areas, keeping them in line with our high-quality standards.
