Job description

Under the direction of the Environmental Services Supervisor, the Floor Care Technician performs general housekeeping and floor care duties per departmental policy and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one (1) year housekeeping and/or one (1) year of floor care experience. They will also have the ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

They will actively support a safe and hazard-free workplace through practice of personal safety and vigilance in the identification of safety or security hazards, including infection control. If the assigned areas requiring a Department of Justice clearance, one must be completed by before employment or initial presence in the facility (specifically Children’s and TLC).
