Earn a sign-on bonus in the amount of $22,500 (eligibility requirements apply)

What You'll Do
  • Answer, assess and listen to customer questions, needs and concerns while showing empathy with sensitive situations
  • Strive to exceed expectations and provide alternative solutions to problems
  • Provide counseling on prescriptions, relaying pertinent information for success and confidence with at-home use of medication
  • Perform all necessary steps of workflow accurately and efficiently to ensure customers receive error-free products
  • Maintain product levels, improve efficiencies, and seek continuous improvement opportunities
  • Remain current on company wellness initiatives, demonstrating your support to your team and the store as a whole
  • Comply with all federal, state, and HIPAA regulations, following all company guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures
  • Verify potential licensing in any state Wegmans does business

Requirements
  • Pharmacist State License (may require licensing in multiple states)
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree
  • Certified Pharmacist Immunizer
  • AED, CPR certified
  • Computer skills

Preferred Qualifications
