Job description

About GoGoMeds
GoGoMeds is a white-label, direct-to-consumer pharmacy fulfillment operator that gives telehealth brands, medspas, manufacturers, and employers the dispensing and e-commerce infrastructure to run their own branded medication programs without standing up a pharmacy of their own. We are VIPPS-accredited and licensed to ship in all 50 states, run a cash-pay-first model with discounted pricing, and are therapeutic-agnostic across retail, specialty, and compounded medications. As aesthetic and wellness providers scaletheir GLP-1, hormone, and compounded programs, GoGoMeds is the pharmacy engine behind the label.
The Role
We’re hiring an Account Executive to grow GoGoMeds’ business with medical spas. Medspas are adding weight-management, hormone, and wellness programs faster than they can build the pharmacy side, and you’ll show them how GoGoMeds fills that gap. You’ll sell GoGoMeds as the pharmacy fulfillment partner that dispenses and ships the medications their patients need: GLP-1s, HRT, compounded formulations, and commercial (branded) drugs. This is a high-activity, full-cycle role built for someone early in their sales career who wants to close deals, learn a fast-growing corner of healthcare, and grow into a senior seat.
You’ll spend your day prospecting medspa owners and operators, running demos, and closing new partners, backed by a pharmacy that can actually deliver what you sell. It’s a great fit if you’re coachable, love the phone, and want a clear path to grow as you ramp.
What You’ll Sell
GLP-1 and weight management: compounded and branded semaglutide and tirzepatide programs a medspa can offer patients without holding inventory or running its own pharmacy.
Hormone and wellness (HRT): testosterone, estrogen and progesterone, peptide, and wellness programs dispensed and shipped straight to the patient.
Compounded medications: access to GoGoMeds’ compounding capability for personalized dose forms that fit a medspa’s treatment menu.
Commercial (branded) drugs: nationwide mail-order dispensing of FDA-approved branded and generic drugs on a cash-pay, discounted model.
The platform underneath it all: the white-label storefront, 50-state licensure, and VIPPS accreditation that let a medspa add a compliant prescription line quickly.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and qualify medspas by phone, email, and social, reaching owners, medical directors, and practice managers.
Run product demos and walk medspa operators through exactly how GoGoMeds fulfillment works for their patients.
Own the full cycle on small and mid-size medspa deals, from first touch to signed agreement.
Hit daily and weekly activity targets for outreach, demos booked, and new opportunities created.
Keep the CRM clean and current with accurate stages, notes, and next steps.
Partner with onboarding to get new medspa partners live and filling scripts quickly.
Learn the pharmacy fulfillment model deeply so you can speak credibly with clinical and business buyers.
Share what you hear in medspa conversations with sales and product to sharpen our pitch.
What Success Looks Like
Activity: Consistent outreach, demos booked, and new opportunities created every week.
Bookings: Signed medspa partners and script volume against your ramping quota.
Conversion: Healthy lead-to-demo and demo-to-close rates that improve as you ramp.
Hygiene: A clean, current CRM the whole team can rely on.
What You Bring
Required
1 to 3 years of sales experience (SDR, BDR, inside sales, or full-cycle), ideally in healthcare, aesthetics, SaaS, or another high-volume environment.
A track record of hitting activity and quota targets.
Strong phone, written, and interpersonal skills, and comfort with high-volume outbound.
Coachable, curious, and organized, with solid CRM habits.
Genuine interest in healthcare, aesthetics, or the medspa and wellness space.
Preferred
Exposure to medspas, aesthetics, dermatology, wellness, or pharmacy.
Experience selling in a startup or high-growth environment.
Familiarity with GLP-1, HRT, or compounded-medication categories.
HubSpot or similar CRM experience.
Why GoGoMeds
Medspas are one of the fastest-growing channels for weight-management and hormone care, and GoGoMeds is the pharmacy engine behind the label. You’ll sell an in-demand offering into a market with real momentum, backed by a licensed 50-state pharmacy that delivers what you close, with a clear path to grow into senior sales roles as you prove yourself.
GoGoMeds is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to an inclusive environment for all employees.
